Just the way you are
Bruno Mars
Oh, her eyes, her eyes
Make the stars look like they’re not shinin’
Her hair, her hair
Falls perfectly without her trying
She’s so beautiful and I tell her everyday
Yeah, I know, I know
When I compliment her she won’t believe me
And it’s so, it’s so
Sad to think that she don’t see what I see
But every time she asks me, “Do I look okay?”
I say
When I see your face
There’s not a thing that I would change
‘Cause you’re amazing
Just the way you are
And when you smile
The whole world stops and stares for a while
‘Cause girl you’re amazing
Just the way you are
Yeah

No trecho, a frase é 'Cause you're amazing, ou seja, "porque você é incrível".
- You é o sujeito.
- 're é a forma contraída de are, o verbo to be (ser/estar), um verbo de ligação.
- Amazing vem depois do verbo to be e diz como o sujeito é. Ela atribui uma qualidade a you.
- BConfunde o sufixo -ing com gerúndio; o verbo da frase é 'are' e amazing apenas qualifica 'you'.
- CAdvérbio modificaria verbo, adjetivo ou outro advérbio; aqui amazing qualifica o sujeito depois de 'to be'.
Assunto: Classes de palavras.
